We recommend using alternative dispute resolution because it is less expensive, quicker, and more private than litigation. Alternative dispute resolution allows parties to a dispute to reach resolution without waiting months or years for a judge or jury to rule after trial, or for an appellate court to rule perhaps years after that. Because of the quicker time frame, it costs less than litigation.

Alternative dispute resolution is conducted privately instead of on the public record, so it permits parties to work through and resolve their dispute away from the public eye. I am experienced at alternative dispute resolution and know how to get it done successfully in a way that is more private, less expensive, and quicker than traditional litigation.
