Mr. Emery began his practice in 2003 litigating real estate cases for a large real estate law firm in Seattle. In 2005, he formed Emery | Reddy, PLLC. In 2009, he opened the firm's Salt Lake City office. Mr. Emery is of counsel to Winder & Counsel, PC.
